With more than 20 years experience in executive and business management training consultant positions, he knows from the inside out what it takes for an organization to run smoothly. As the President of Illuminative Concepts, he has provided public and private organizations with management performance consultant training, consulting and project management services that have resulted in increased productivity, less time spent in meetings, improved customer service response times, improved management, supervisory and customer service skills, completion of important projects, reduced employee turnover and a better customer management relationship with consultant services.
Prior to starting Illuminative Concepts as a business management consultant, he had a successful career working as an executive managing capital construction projects and engineering and maintenance functions. He also worked for many years as a manager in the solid waste management and recycling field. His diverse background also includes working for hospitals, restaurants, an engineering company, and other organizations.
He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge. he has been married for 21 years and has three children.
